JEWELRY

We provide two different shipping options for jewelry: standard letter mail  €1,95  and Track & Trace  €4,25. 

EU shipping for jewelry can be between €4,75 & €7,75 depending on the country, this will be calculated at check out. This method has tracking options.

* Please note that you cannot track your order with the standard option and Jamijoux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

* The shipping for The Butterfly & Pearly wings hairclip is €5,99 standard. Since they are slightly too large for the mailbox, and need to be shipped as a big package.

Orders over €50,00 have free shipping

 

CLOTHING

 

Shipping costs for clothing are €5,99 for dutch orders with tracking

EU shipping for clothing ( Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden,Spain,Luxembourg) is €9,99 with tracking

Austria, Denmark & Czech shipping is €9,99 with tracking

Portugal shipping is €11,75  with tracking

Poland, Finland, Norway, Switzerland & Greece shipping is €12,99  with tracking

Orders over €80,00 have free shipping

ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ Can I track my order?

 

If you chose the Track & Trace option you can track your order. Once the order is shipped out you will receive your tracking information through e-mail. When the order is ready for shipment and we have your Instagram details we will send you a video of the shipment!

 

 

ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ Can I return items?

 

Yes, you can return certain items. All Jamijoux rings and bracelets are made custom to size which is why these customized items can’t be returned. You can’t return earrings because of  hygenic reasons. All Jamijoux necklaces & keychains may be returned within 14 days of the receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. The items must be returned in a new, unused condition.

All embroidered items will not be able to be returned as they are made to order and we supply a size guide so you can make sure the size fits you to your liking!

*Note that no custom made designs will be able to be returned and the sale is final once we've started your order.

To return your items please send an e-mail to info@jamijoux.nl. Please note that for any returns the shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

 

 

ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ How long will it take to process my order?

 

We try to ship all orders out as fast as possible, but please keep in mind that all items are handmade and made to order. The usual processing time for jewelry is around 1-3 business days, but when we have lots of orders coming in this can take up to 5-7 business days.

For our embroidered apparel it will take 3-5 business days, and this can increase if your size is not already in stock. Of course this will be communicated before payment.

You will be updated through Instagram DM and can follow along on our stories with your order number.

* If you need your order sooner for a gift or other reasons, please contact us beforehand and we will look into the possibilities!

Once the package is shipped out you can expect it within 1-2 business days for Dutch orders

 2-3 business days for Belgium & Luxembourg orders

2-4 business days for German & French orders
