Yes, if you contact us before we start handcrafting your items you can still cancel or change your order.
ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ Can I still change my address?
If your have accidentally entered the wrong address please contact us as fast as possible to change your details! If the items have not been shipped out yet we can still change it for you. If not however, we cannot change or do anything about this and you will not be eligible for a refund. Entering the personal details + checking if these are correct is the responsibility of the customer.
ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ My items is damaged, what can I do?
If your receive a damaged or broken items please contact us right after you received the your package. If your provide us with photo’s we can offer you a refund or a resend of the order within 14 days of purchase.
ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ Can I add a coupon code after payment?
No, All coupons must be entered at checkout. After the purchase you will not be able to use any coupon codes on that order.
ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ Which forms of payment does Jamijoux accept?/ How does paying in advance work?
We are hoping to add payment through IDEAL in 2022! As of right now we only have one option: ‘’ payment in advance”. This means you leave your Instagram username behind or contact us yourself after purchase with your order number. We will then send you a Tikkie or banktransfer request, and after payment is complete we can start creating your Jamijoux items!
ʕ ·ᴥ· ʔ I have not received my package what do i do?
That is very unfortunate! It doesn't happen very often but it is possible. Kindly note that once we ship out the package there is nothing we can do anymore. If you want to be 100% certain where your package is located, choose the track & trace option. When using standard letter mail it is not our responsibility for lost packages. However if this does happen to you, send us a message through Instagram or use the '' contact '' page and we will help you as much as we can!
